Dispute Accuracy of Your Report
If you believe that a mistake has been made on your background report and that it is not accurate, then you are legally entitled to question it. You can dispute our background report on you by completing the file on this page, or by contacting us via telephone. There is no charge to dispute a report.
Once you file your dispute, a member of our customer service department who specializes in disputes will evaluate your dispute and investigate all of the information. If a genuine mistake has been made, the report will be changed. If no error or mistake is found, the report will not be altered.
